Sales Operations Manager & Salesforce Administrator

Independent retailers like boutiques, spas, wellness centers, bookstores, cafes, small grocers and more seamlessly transact with over 2,500 brands and shop our marketplace with Net-60 terms. We’re growing 30% MoM and are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator / Sales Operations Manager to help us continue to scale the business.

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration

With your deep knowledge of Salesforce, you will focus on the development, support and maintenance of our Salesforce instance, including designing and developing new fields, objects and workflows, setting up new and maintaining existing integrations, conducting testing and roll out of new features, fields, processes and functionality. More specifically you will:

  • Define, prioritize, plan and execute complex and impactful Salesforce projects
  • Architect new objects, new fields and new integrations
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver the most effective Salesforce solutions
  • Understand, communicate, and effectively manage priorities for projects and programs
  • Create and maintain thorough, up-to-date, functional and technical systems documentation

Sales Operations

With your knack for lead generation, sales process improvement, and reporting, you will be responsible for sourcing retailer and brand leads, cleaning and de-duplicating lead lists, uploading leads to Hubspot and assigning leads out to the sales team. More specifically you will:

  • Source leads from databases, websites and more
  • Develop and execute processes for lead clean up and lead assignment
  • Document sales processes and lead stage definitions
  • Assist with training team members on technologies such as Hubspot and Salesforce via playbooks and live sessions

Requirements

  • You are a certified Salesforce Administrator
  • You have 3+ years experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Salesforce Administration
  • Experience programming workflow rules, validation rules, page layouts, custom objects, custom settings, profiles & permission sets, reports and dashboard development
  • Preferably you have some experience with Apex, VisualForce, and SOQL/SOSL
  • Preferably you have some experience with Hubspot
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent in process improvement, user stories and requirements gathering
  • Experienced with data analysis, dashboarding and data flow analysis between systems
